We are happy to process your returns or exchanges no questions asked within 30 days of recieving them.
Couple of things regarding returns & exchanges: You still have 30 days to mull it over, but labels need to be intact (the wrapping about each pair of laces). And packaging must not be damaged for a full refund. Returns/exchanges can only be done for purchase shipped within the U.S.

- Great question, lots of customers choose to shop for laces there. We partner with these online marketplaces to handle customer service for laces purchased on their platforms. Please contact them directly for your returns and exchanges.
Do you cover the cost to exchange or returns?
- Yes & No, we are a small family run business and at this time can not cover the cost of products shipped back to us. We do cover the cost of shipping the new laces your are exchanged.
